Project Management Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles
• Good understanding of banking operations, including loans, deposits, accounting, and customer information systems
• Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: FX, Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, and Payments
• Experience working on multinational projects or within global teams
• Strong skills in creating business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Banking or financial industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities together with the Project Manager
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting materials, and status updates
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and project discussions
• Support project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, documentation, and implementation
• Understand business requirements, system architecture, and solution design
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across project teams
