Job Description

50%site, 50% administration

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Organize, assign, and monitor work activities within the team.
Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Review outgoing correspondence from supervisors before submission to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, QA, Design) on delivery schedules, part shortages, and defective components.
Review and justify purchase requisitions for materials and services.
Support the development and implementation of new work instructions and forms to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installation teams.
Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining Installation Manuals and related documentation.
Prepare and update Installation Check Records and ensure accurate documentation control.
Manage the acquisition and distribution of installation drawings, Installation Check Records (ICR), and Quality Assurance documents (QADL) to installers.
Enforce compliance with environmental policies, relevant regulations, and pollution prevention practices among subcontractors and supervisors.
Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, including conducting safety inspections, patrols, and coordination meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
