about the job:
Reporting to the regional leadership team, this role plays a pivotal part in facilitating smooth business operations, project governance, and financial management across a portfolio of strategic digital initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate regional governance forums, track project milestones, record action items, and craft high-impact presentation decks, dashboards, and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Manage project portfolio financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and resource onboarding and planning.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of vendor contracts and invoices, handle purchase orders, and resolve payment queries while maintaining strict audit compliance.
- Drive special strategic projects, facilitate day-to-day operational cadence, manage team logistics, and serve as a reliable liaison across cross-functional technology, finance, and business units.
skills and experience required:
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Operations within the banking and financial services sector (exposure to Wealth Management or Private Banking is highly advantageous).
- Proven track record in project financial tracking, vendor management, budget forecasting, and operational governance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-ready reports and visual dashboards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
