Having set the foundation for L4TF in South Asia, Pacific, Middle East & North Africa (SAPMENA) over the past 5 years, the next phase is to accelerate our efforts to drive business delivery and a performance culture rooted in responsibility across mtiers, divisions, and markets. Joining the Corporate Responsibility Team as Zone L4TF PMO will enable you to play a part in shaping this transformative journey by leading Performance Management for L4TF in SAPMENA. A valuable role and opportunity to lead and transform in the fastest growing zone for the group.

Given the growth acceleration we will see in SAPMENA which operates across 35 markets, covering 40% of the world's population, addressing 3billion consumers, it is all too important to create a strong business process and performance culture that is sustainable over time while also having a positive impact on community and society.

As SAPMENA Zone L4TF Project Management Officer you will:

Animate Zone Sustainability Community on L4TF action plan and performance management.

• Working closely with the Zone Chief Sustainability Officer and support countries in L4TF action plan and performance management.
• Facilitate information sharing and foster collective intelligence on best practices, ways of working and processes in your Zone.
• Build and strengthen Zone Sustainability Community, setting exchange rituals, animating works streams and practice change management.

Activate L4TF action plans in countries of SAPMENA Zone.

• Connect and align with Global team and relevant stakeholders in Zone, Divisions, Mtiers on trajectories and roadmaps (performance) together with Zone Chief Sustainability Officer.
• Share consistent frame and guidelines with countries for goal setting for budget and monitor at each trend/monthly.
• Orchestrate annual calendar according to global guidelines and follow-up on performance.
• Consolidate, monitor and analyze Zone progress in L4TF Performance Tool.
• Ensure proper action plan management in countries (deliverables, timeline, resource allocation).
• Be Zone referent for countries on process and tools.

Engage and upskill Sustainability Leaders in SAPMENA Zone.

• Ensure Sustainability leaders are skilled on project and change management.
• Support countries in access to expertise, upskilling and relevant updates.
• Support Zone Chief Sustainability Officer in delivering relevant trainings and events at Zone level.

To succeed as Zone L4TF PMO, you have/are:
