Manage the end to end planning, execution, and completion of payment-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and finance, to support project delivery and address any issues.
Identify areas for process improvement within the PMO and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in payment project management, with at least 3 years in the payments or banking or financial services industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, comfortable to liaise and present in business chinese to stakeholders in China & Taiwan.
