Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Develop project strategies, frameworks, and risk management plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to align project goals and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
