PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Manager to lead and oversee our project management initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires not only top-notch project management skills but also a deep understanding of public policy and services across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate challenges.

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including governmental and non-governmental entities, to align project outcomes with public policy frameworks.

Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher from a top-tier university candidates with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) are preferred.

Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

Strong bilingual proficiency, with an excellent command of both English and a second language.

Deep understanding of different cultural contexts and sensitivity to multicultural environments.

Extensive knowledge of public policy and services across various countries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
