Job Summary
Lead and manage projects by defining scope, planning schedules and budgets, tracking progress, managing risks, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes. Mentor teams and facilitate collaboration to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide execution.
- Track project progress against plans, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure quality control of deliverables.
- Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders by conducting status meetings and preparing progress reports.
- Mentor team members, facilitate collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive project environment.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management, strong sense of signage fabrication & installation knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
