Project Management Manager

Job Description

• Overseeing an organization's entire project portfolio, setting project management strategies, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Supervising project managers, manage resource allocation, handle high-level risk management.
• Developing PM methodologies and aligning projects with long-term company goals.
• Managing high-level risks, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects/countries.
• Supervising project teams, implementing project management frameworks, and setting KPIs for success.
• Interfacing with executives and clients to secure resources and report on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years management experience in international EPC projects, including proven experience managing construction of high‑tech facilities, cleanroom, power plant or other advanced manufacturing plants is must
• Cross-cultural management experience in global EPC projects
• Excellent communication, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
