- Planning & Budgeting: Developing project plans, estimating costs, creating budgets, and managing finances.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaising with clients, and subcontractors ensuring everyone understands tasks and timelines.
- Scheduling: Creating and managing work schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion to avoid delays.
- Site Management: Overseeing on-site activities, directing work, and ensuring quality control and safety.
- Risk & Change Management: Identifying potential issues, handling change orders, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Procurement: Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Degree in Building Construction Management, or Engineering fields or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years project management experience.
Working Hours: 6 days work
Salary Package: $4000 - $7000, AWS + Project Bonus
