- Work in a team to plan and manage various client projects for Verztec's three pillars of services: Digital Learning, Language Services and Global Creative Design
- Provide advice and solutions for corporate client projects
- Walk through a proper introduction of the company, including past and current clients, and to introduce our service offerings to new clients and prospects
- Draft project plans and milestones for clients
- Communicate with corporate clients and provide status updates at various project phases
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only (NO quota available for foreign workers)
- Minimum Diploma level and above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective in both spoken and written English communication
- Good interpersonal skills are essential as you are required to collaborate with various departments to complete the projects
- Prior customer support experience is preferred
- On-the-job training and mentoring will be provided
- Entry-level/fresh graduates are welcome to apply
