Job Scope
- Manage the end-to-end execution of CCTV projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth project delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the CCTV, Access Control System and or Intrusion Detection System or security systems industry
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV systems, CCTV systems, Access Control System and or Intrusion Detection System including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address project-related issues
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
