Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a professional skilled in Project Management and Corporate Strategy, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will assist in planning, overseeing, and directing key projects and corporate strategies. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and communicating project progress with stakeholders. Some tasks can be performed remotely, but occasional in-office presence in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee and guide complex initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in Program Management and Analytical Skills to develop strategies, analyze data, and drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and ensure alignment within teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the refinery, metals, or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
