Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor specializing in EPC power projects. The individual will oversee project cost management, including the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and monitoring of project expenses to ensure adherence to the budget
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for EPC power projects
• Strong expertise in Cost Management and Cost Reporting
• Proven track record in EPC power projects and Singapore work experience is mandatory
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations, health and safety standards, and renewable energy projects is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
