Lead the project team in the execution of projects.
Document minutes of meetings and effectively communicate with external parties and internal departments (Design review, schedule, delays, technical clarifications, etc.).
Managing Contract terms. Be well versed on contract conditions and plan to meet the conditions
Ensure on schedule delivery by working closely with customers and project team.
Coordinates with all stakeholders.
Monitor and deliver within budgets
Prepare scheduled project updates and reports to management, highlighting on new risks
Look out for opportunity on contract variations and provide timely quotes when needed
Perform tendering work when requested.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Project Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desire to learn and possess a positive attitude towards results and challenges.
