We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale tech expo and conference (venue confirmed). This role will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of the event from planning through execution, with strong ownership of both commercial outcomes and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production and execution of the tech expo and conference
- Develop and deliver the overall event strategy, positioning, and programme structure
- Drive exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship sales, and partnership development to meet commercial targets
- Manage relationships with vendors, production agencies, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- Own event budgeting, P&L management, timelines, and contractual agreements
- Oversee production planning, site build, technical requirements, and on-site execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, programming, and external partners
- Ensure delivery of attendance targets, commercial performance, and high-quality event execution
Requirements / Preferred Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in MICE, exhibitions, large-scale conferences, or event production
- Proven experience delivering large-scale expos or flagship events end-to-end
- Strong track record in sponsorship sales and exhibitor acquisition
- Experience managing event budgets and full P&L accountability
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Highly organised, execution-driven, and able to perform under pressure
