About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Lead, you be responsible for leading the project management team. This includes but not limited to project execution, managing vendors, preparing project schedules/timelines and budgeting.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Oversee day to day project operations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Oversee planning and execution of facility improvement and minor works projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with client's standards and timelines
- Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety and safeguarding protocols
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for leadership review
- Monitor quality of work, resolve issues promptly, and ensure minimal disruption to school operations
- Support sustainability objectives by integrating eco-friendly practices into project delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore Institution of Engineers Singapore or other equivalent qualifications.
- Familiar with submission process of building plans for the relevant Authorities approval.
