We are looking for a Project Lead to take ownership of projects from design through to site execution. This is not a pure design role - you will be responsible for ensuring designs are practical, drawings are delivered on time, and works are executed properly on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional, buildable layouts for landed homes
- Translate client requirements into practical design solutions
- Manage projects from design to completion
- Liaise with clients and coordinate design decisions
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of drawings
- Work closely with site engineers and contractors
- Resolve on-site design and detailing issues
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
Requirements
- Background in Interior Design / Architecture / D&B
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Able to manage projects independently
- Good knowledge of architecture finishes, carpentry details, materials
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bonus
- Experience in landed residential projects (Singapore)
- Familiar with URA / BCA requirements

Salary
- Salary range: $4,800 to $6,000
Note
We are looking for someone who takes ownership and ensures projects are delivered properly - not just on paper. Not suitable if you prefer design-only roles or are not comfortable with site coordination.
