Job Summary
The Project Lead manages end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio engagements, owning scope, timeline, risks, stakeholder alignment, and release quality, with a focus on shipping production-ready solutions and building repeatable delivery playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timeline, resources, and risks to deliver successful Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams to align expectations and facilitate decisions.
- Lead delivery cadence activities including kickoff meetings, working sessions, progress tracking, issue and risk logging, and status reporting.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed delivery plans covering design, build, test, deploy, and optimization phases.
- Guide the team to develop a flagship Agent early to demonstrate value and establish reusable delivery patterns.
- Integrate governance and guardrails into delivery to ensure secure and manageable rollouts.
- Define and verify acceptance criteria, conduct quality assurance checks, and prepare release readiness and handover documentation for deployable and supportable solutions.
- Coordinate post-go-live stabilization activities and manage improvement backlogs using user feedback and usage data.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in project delivery, business analysis, PMO, consulting delivery, or implementation coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and structured thinking skills, including breaking down ambiguous problems and defining practical plans.
- Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills with confidence in customer-facing delivery leadership.
- Excellent communication skills for customer engagement.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code automation platforms (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with software delivery patterns including design, build, test, deploy, and optimize (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to AI concepts such as agents, prompt engineering, grounding, evaluation, and Privacy/Security-by-design principles (nice-to-have).
