We are looking for a Project Lead to manage high-impact corporate events end to end. From pre-event pitches to execution, you'll own the project delivery while working closely with our Account Managers and Creative team.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role. You must be able to plan with precision, manage multiple vendors, and lead onsite execution with zero compromises on quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers in pre-event stages to build proposals, budgets, and presentations.
- Lead project planning: timelines, rundowns, production schedules, risk management.
- Liaise directly with clients on requirements, expectations, and approvals.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and coordination (venues, AV, dcor, catering, etc.).
- Oversee internal team deliverables across creative, operations, and logistics.
- Drive onsite execution: ensure smooth registration, program flow, performances, and show quality.
- Track project budgets and maintain cost discipline.
- Ensure all events meet creative, operational, and client standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Events, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 6-8 years experience in corporate events/project management.
- Strong track record of managing medium to large-scale events end to end.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.
- Able to lead multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Suite knowledge of Asana or similar tools is a plus.
- Willing to work evenings/weekends when required for events.
