Project Intern

The Company

33 Talent is a thriving talent consultancy. We provide bespoke recruitment, HR consultancy and coaching services across APAC and the rest of the world. We are growing and looking for an intern who would like some hands-on experience of agency life. We are a small, friendly team, who sees opportunities and aren't afraid to work hard to make the most of them.

The Role

We are looking for a solution-focused student or graduate to help us with a number of big projects. As a talent consultancy, we have 3 main verticals: recruitment, HR, and coaching, all of which you will have the opportunity to explore.

We have a culture of responsibility and trust which means everyone is treated like an adult. There are always people available for help but we expect everyone to take ownership of their own work and take responsibility for getting what they need to complete it. We will give you projects to work on and expect you to work independently towards defined goals. You will need to be able to problem solve and ask for help when needed.

You'll get to:

• Act as operational support for the outplacement projects that we are currently undertaking and suggest improvements
• Be part of the point of contact for community management
• Be exposed to systems such as JobAdder, Volcanic, and perform data hygiene exercise
• Be exposed to managing different work streams such as Google Outplacement or BCG. This means you get to also work closely with employers and local talents.
• Support project team with mixer events with the aim to connect employers and job seekers

The Office

We have an office in the WeWork on Battery Road. The internship will follow current guidance regarding place of work. You will be fully equipped to Work from Home and as a team we are now very used to working this way. We use Tech as a way to shoulder tap colleagues, brainstorm and just say hi when working remotely.

The Hours

We work office hours 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday but with flexibility as people need it. Three months internship.

What we're looking for...

This is a role where you will share responsibility for projects running smoothly but also maintaining the behind-the-scenes operational functionality for our projects in order to satisfy our clients.

We are open to any proactive individual who can take initiative and learn on the job.

You have a creative and logical approach to problem-solving and be ultra tech-savvy. There'll be a lot of new systems to learn, software to pick up and processes to figure out - we welcome your feedback!

Attention to detail is critical as we have a lot of moving parts at any given time, and you will need to keep up with them! You will also be friendly and people-focused, we like to think we are :)
