Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of new customer onboarding projects within a 3PL logistics environment.

  2. Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and risk management strategies.

  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, warehouse, transportation, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution.

  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase.

  5. Translate customer logistics requirements into practical and efficient operational processes.

  6. Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal operational capabilities.

  7. Oversee warehouse setup, including layout design and operational workflow planning.

  8. Coordinate system configuration and integration across platforms such as WMS, TMS, and EDI.

  9. Support system testing, process validation, and go-live activities to ensure operational readiness.

  10. Collaborate closely with internal departments including operations, engineering, finance, and IT to support implementation success.

  11. Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.

  12. Manage communication and coordination among multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  13. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

  14. Troubleshoot and resolve operational or system-related issues during the implementation process.

  15. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope, and within budget.

  16. Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

  1. Min Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or any relevant study

  2. Min 5 year working experience in 3PL warehousing project implementation

  3. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  4. Understanding of TMS, ERP, and EDI integration

  5. Project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
