Job Summary

The role leads demand planning and order management across SEA & FE, driving digitalization to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead end‑to‑end project and demand forecasting across SEA & FE, including baseline, enriched, and large project / MTO forecasts, ensuring a single, aligned regional demand signal
  • Lead and govern project pipeline‑based forecasting by integrating sales pipelines, key account insights, and market intelligence to drive reliable revenue and supply outcomes.
  • Act as the regional functional lead for Project Forecasting Specialists across SEA & FE, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and performance management.
  • Drive regional S&OP / IBP alignment for project‑driven businesses, ensuring demand plans are fully aligned with financial targets (ROFO), capacity, and execution constraints.
  • Own and continuously improve forecast quality KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Project hit rate) and institutionalize strong PDCA disciplines across markets.
  • Lead order management operations for SEA & FE across all Go‑To‑Market channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment.
  • Manage and develop the regional Order Desk organization, ensuring smooth order capture, clear ownership, standardized interfaces, and strong customer experience.
  • Drive digitalization and automation of order management processes, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Own Finished Goods inventory (WOCA) and overall inventory health for the region, proactively managing slow‑moving, excess, and obsolescence risks through better forecasting and order discipline.
  • Provide strategic input and prioritization for the IT and digital enhancements roadmap supporting forecasting, order management, and commercial operations capabilities.
  • Build and scale order desk and sales automation capabilities to enable sustainable growth, productivity improvements, and cost efficiency across the region.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales Management, or related field emphasizing commercial operations and process optimization
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales operations, demand planning, order management, or commercial operations with proven leadership delivering impactful results
  • Proven ability to manage diverse, cross-cultural teams across multiple countries and regions, fostering collaboration and inclusivity
  • Regional demand planning experience is highly desirable
  • Professional certifications in Sales Operations, Project Management (e.g., PMP), or proficiency in digital tools/platforms supporting sales automation and process optimization are strongly preferred
