Project Finance Experienced Lawyer (Banking & Finance Practice)

We are seeking a Partner or Partner-designate (1015 years PQE) to expand our Project Finance and Infrastructure practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to advise on some of the region's most significant transactions across renewables, power, transport, and digital infrastructure, while contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, lead and execute project finance transactions especially throughout ASEAN.
• Advise major financial institutions, ECAs, multilaterals, and leading sponsors on high-profile projects.
• Drive business development initiatives and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with fellow partners and mentor high-performing associates.

What We're Looking For:

• 1015 years of post-qualification experience in project finance or infrastructure.
• Qualified in Singapore or a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., UK or Australia).
• Proven ASEAN transactional experience and good understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Established relationships with key financial institutions (including ECAs and multilaterals) and sponsors.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
