Project Finance Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Project Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Singapore.

Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and other key market participants on the financing and development of major energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects. The role offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Asia, with the opportunity to take significant responsibility and work closely with experienced partners on complex, high-value mandates.

Requirements

• 6 years PQE gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm.
• Experience advising on project finance, infrastructure finance, energy transactions and/or related financing matters.
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex transactions, coordinating multiple workstreams and taking significant responsibility for matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
