Project Executive

Job Description:

. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will analyze VM props and fixtures requirements from clients with the production and designer team

. Continuously liaising with clients, design and production teams to ensure all design and technical details are followed

. Receive, fabricate and validate prototypes with clients

. Maintain control on project budget and timeline

. Ensure consistency and timely delivery of projects

. Attend on-site installation. Night work is required due to venue requirement

. Manage post installation maintenance.

Requirements:

. Holder of at least a Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task

. Literate in MS Office. Knowledge in PhotoShop and Illustrator is good to have but not a must

. Must be able to work overtime / late night

. Strong written and oral communication skills

. Proactive, responsible, organized, able to work independently, and gives attention to detail

. Remuneration package shall be determined based on experience and qualifications.
