- To work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure that the best suppliers/vendors are selected for all clients projects
- To look for resources and have close communications and negotiations to ensure that client requirements, quality of deliverables and deadlines are met within the given project budget
- Quality control on deliverables - To perform checks on e-learning courses, website, print materials and document bugs for implementation
- Supporting the Project Managers with multiple ongoing projects at different phases e.g. client review, translation stage, DTP etc
- Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by Project Management department & Senior Management
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only (NO quota available for foreign workers)
- Minimum Diploma level and above
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office
- Multitask and prioritize your tasks based on deadlines
- Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple multilingual projects and QA tasks
- To ensure that all deadlines and deliveries are met and Purchase Orders are raised on time
- Sense of urgency and taking ownership/responsibility of tasks
- Proactive communication with the Project Management Team
