You'll handle purchase orders and goods receipt accurately and timely, ensuring a smooth procurement process to support project teams. You'll also oversee project records, track assets across different systems and keep everything well-organised and easy to access.
Shape the onboarding experience for new team members, creating smooth transitions that set them up for success from day one. You'll coordinate project events and security clearances, making sure internal teams and external parties work together smoothly.
Be the vital link between our department and suppliers, building relationships that guarantee timely deliveries and clear communication. You'll also champion our team's growth by coordinating training programmes and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
