About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Executive for deployment to our client's site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to chaos, loves working with people, and is passionate about solving problems. No prior experience in project management is required-we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow their career in this field.
You will be based at a client's site and will receive full onboarding and on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and manage expectations
- Help identify project risks and issues, and work with the team to resolve them
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers
- Assist with scheduling meetings, reviews, and reporting cycles
- Work closely with team leads and technical staff to ensure alignment on project goals
- Proactively monitor progress and flag delays or potential roadblocks

Requirements
- No prior project management experience needed
- Diploma or Degree in any field is welcomed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Singaporeans (due to client requirements)
