Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business functions from initiation through to completion
- Work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress, flagging risks and delays early to keep everything on track
- Prepare clear and structured project documentation including plans, status updates, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project budgets, resources, and expenditures to support accurate financial reporting and cost management
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across all parties
- Identify project challenges proactively and contribute practical, solutions-oriented ideas to keep initiatives moving forward
- Maintain well-organised project records, databases, and filing systems for easy reference and audit readiness
- Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating project outcomes and recommending enhancements for future initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
