Project Executive Media Production

Job Description:
We're looking for passionate and organized Project Executives to join our team. You'll be instrumental in supporting and managing creative projects from start to finish, including event campaigns and the production of marketing and promotional videos for corporate and social media use. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in the creative and media industry to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end execution of creative projects.
- Manage project logistics, including coordinating with internal staff, clients, and external vendors.
- Assist with project administration, including budgeting, timeline management, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate project goals and creative briefs effectively to various stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of engaging presentation pitches for clients.

Job Requirements:
- A strong passion for the creative and media industry.
- Familiarity with the video production pipeline and campaign management process.
- An aptitude for creating clear and compelling presentations and pitches.
- Bilingual proficiency of English and Chinese, with strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets).
- Strong critical thinking skills and a clear, logical approach to problem-solving.
- Good project management fundamentals, including an understanding of budgeting, people management, and scheduling.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Diploma or Degree in Video Production, Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidate would be required to report to Project Manager or Company Management Team.
