Project Executive

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Project Executive to join our growing team at Maxcon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Yishun North Region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our construction business and make a tangible impact on our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

3. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines

4. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

5. Provide regular progress updates to the management team and key stakeholders

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Project Executive or similar role in the construction industry

2. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex construction projects

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

5. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

6. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

7. Certification in Project Management
