Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to support recruitment and frontline manpower coordination for ongoing projects. This role focuses on manpower scheduling, daily operational support, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of frontline staff
• Prepare manpower schedules and monitor daily attendance
• Support day-to-day manpower operations and basic reporting
• Track recruitment progress and manpower status
• Conduct occasional site visits and liaise with internal and external parties

Requirements

• Prior experience in manpower operations, recruitment, HR, or project coordination
• Experience in scheduling, attendance tracking, or operational coordination
• Organised, independent, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Additional Information

Training on internal processes, PDPA, and compliance will be provided
