Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in project management We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Executive / Project Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications projects for both internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are keen to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and stakeholder management within a dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects.
- Ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
- Identify potential project risks and work closely with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Ensure project billing milestones are tracked and completed according to schedule.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric approach and deliver a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) or a related field.
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in project coordination, project delivery, or project administration.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
