1. Role Overview
The Project Executive supports the planning, coordination, and administration of government projects. The role assists senior team members in executing project tasks, documentation, stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination and tracking activities.
2. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Assist in preparing meeting materials, minutes and follow-up actions.
Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues for assigned tasks.
Coordinate workshops, demonstrations, training sessions and deployment activities.
Stakeholder and Vendor Support
Assist in liaising with government agencies, vendors and internal teams.
Prepare communication materials, weekly updates and progress summaries.
Support alignment across technical, procurement and operations stakeholders.
Documentation and Governance
Maintain project documentation, shared folders, registers and filing structures.
Assist in preparing reports, requirement documents, test logs and change request forms.
Support compliance with project governance standards and PMO requirements.Operational & Administrative Tasks
Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup and site access.
Assist during testing, training and deployment activities on site or at client premises.
Support project claims, procurement paperwork and invoice tracking
3. Requirements
ITE Technical Diploma/ Diploma in Engineering, ICT, Business or related fields.
Fresh graduates or 12 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
Good organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with government projects or ICT deployments is an advantage.
