Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
- Act as the main liaison for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and quality standards to ensure compliance with agreed requirements
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials, to optimize project performance
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records
- Identify potential risks or challenges and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track
- Support other project-related tasks or assignments as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with ELV systems, automation, networking and integrated security solutions (CCTV, access control, and alarm systems)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle tight schedules
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and grow professionally
