Report to the Project Manager/Director on site progress, schedules, design, and delivery.
Plan, manage, and execute projects from pre- to post-contract stages.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and organize work to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers for all stages of work through final handover.
Supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
Prepare work schedules, project documentation, and supervise on-site progress.
Attend site meetings to define scope of work and brief contractors on setup requirements and timelines.
Liaise with internal designers, sales teams, vendors, and account/project teams to coordinate pre-site and on-site activities.
Assist in tender documentation, pricing, and client development.
Ensure good workmanship, resolve project issues effectively, and meet client expectations.
Work independently across project, site, and sales-related management functions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Experience in managing interior fit out projects especially in commercial and office design & build.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in interior fit out especially commercials & corporate office Good knowledge in technical process. Able to articulated with sub-con & workers
Able to take on night work and weekends during projects
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines
Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledge of design and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
