Coordinate sample requests for client projects.

Handle sales order processing with the production team and shipping team to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Source / purchase raw materials and food ingredients for flavour creation and application use.

Manage all procurement tasks for the company, including but not limited to raw materials, office supplies, packaging materials, lab equipment, and other operational needs.

Assist the Vice General Manager with OA claims.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in the F&F or chemical industry.

Able to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Meticulous, with a positive attitude and excellent follow-up skills.

Able to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and handle Chinese documentation.
