JOB PURPOSE:
The Projects Executive works closely with team members to help deliver Global Logistics Innovation Centre projects in a professional and timely manner. The Executive oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of warehouse-related projects such as new facility setups, warehouse relocations, automation implementation, and process optimisation.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning and execution of warehouse projects, including facility setup, expansion, and relocation
- Develop optimised warehouse layouts to enhance space utilisation and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Procurement, and IT, as well as external vendors and contractors
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of warehouse infrastructure, including racking systems, material handling equipment, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes and reduce operational costs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as throughput, storage capacity, and order accuracy
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity
- Facilitate project governance through regular meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication
RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Master's/bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of working experience as a Projects Coordinator/Manager in a Logistics MNC environment.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including inventory management, picking, packing, and distribution
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse layout design and operational optimisation
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies
