Job Summary
The Signage Project Executive supports the Project Manager in managing signage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction across various sectors including retail, corporate, healthcare, and public spaces.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative concepts with operational execution
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and manage expectations
- Support the Project Manager in resource planning and workflow management for multiple signage projects
- Supervising the project's production process through the Production team, ensuring that the project is done accurately and timely.
- Monitoring the installation teams, ensuring the projects are installed correctly and timely
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, or similar qualifications
- At least 1 year project experience,preferably be in construction or interior design related industry.
- Strong coordination skills, organized and an energetic people-person with an eye for details
