Job Summary
Support project management by coordinating site activities, liaising with vendors, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance to deliver successful interior fit-out and exhibition projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating site activities to ensure smooth production and execution of projects
- Liaise with vendors to enforce quality standards and timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to maintain cost control and timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory requirements throughout project phases
- Manage site operations including conducting and attending site meetings to resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate closely with designers to align project execution with design intent and client expectations
- Prepare detailed reports, attend project meetings, and assist in tender documentation processes
- Adhere to project scheduling requirements including documentation, commissioning, and handover
- Maintain quality control by managing sub-contractors and suppliers effectively
- Identify critical project paths, anticipate potential challenges, and propose practical solutions
- Assess resource requirements and allocate responsibilities to optimize team performance
- Administer routine management reporting and provide timely project updates to stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of structural, audiovisual (AV), and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems to support integrated project delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to facilitate project documentation and communication
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals
