Project Executive - AI Solutions (APAC)
We're looking for an organized and motivated Project Executive to support the delivery of AI solutions (chatbot & voice AI) for enterprise clients across APAC. As part of the Customer Success team, you'll assist collaborate with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and coordination activities.
- Assist in documenting client requirements and preparing project plans.
- Track progress, timelines, and deliverables under guidance from a Project Manager.
- Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams on day-to-day tasks.
- Help with client demos, reports, and post-deployment documentation.
- Contribute to improving workflows and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2+ years experience in software, digital, or agency project coordination (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Interest in technology, APIs, or software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
