Responsibilities
Primary Duties
i) Takeover of Site
- Attend handover inspection with Landlord/Client
- Ensure site readiness for commencement of works
- Report defects/non-compliances to PM (Project Manager) / Project Director (PD)
ii) Project Planning
- Study project schedule and plan site works for daily supervision/management
iii) Project Implementation
- Check and ensure all workers on site have valid work permits/ passes
- Ensure that works are carried out according to schedule or on target for completion
- Purchase and maintenance of materials
iv) Site Management
- Ensure workers adhere to safety rules
- Ensure proper code of conducts at worksite
- Maintain site in a safe and hygienic condition in compliance to statutory requirements
- Receive supplies and ensure proper storage on site
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction Management or equivilant
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields
- Effective supervision & coordination of workers/sub-contractor
- Good interpersonal skills
- Initiative and responsible
- Positive mindset with can do attitude
