Project Executive - Builder work & Interior Fit Out Work

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd., a leading construction and interior design company, as a Project Executive - Builder Work & Interior Fit Out Work. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of builder work and interior fit-out projects for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients .

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning and coordination to execution and completion

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Develop and monitor project schedules, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring

• Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Provide regular updates and reports to the project management team and clients

• Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction or interior design industry

• Strong technical knowledge of building and interior fit-out processes, materials, and regulations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

• Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Trello

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines

• A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
