Project Executive (AI Voice Data Collection Project)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Project Executive to lead and manage a large-scale AI voice data collection project focused on Southeast Asian languages (Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Indonesian).

This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including team coordination, quality control, and delivery management to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage daily operations of AI voice data collection projects

. Coordinate and supervise team leads and part-time contributors

. Ensure all collected data meets quality standards and project specifications

. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones

. Provide training and guidance to team members on recording standards and QC requirements

. Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders

. Track performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in any discipline

. Prior experience in operations, project management, or data collection projects preferred

. Ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders

. Strong organizational and communication skills

. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role may involve

supporting communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders who are not

proficient in English.

. Familiarity with Southeast Asian languages (Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Indonesian)

is an advantage as the project involves voice data collection in these languages.

. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Employment Details

. Full-time position based in Singapore

. Monthly salary: SGD 3,500 - 5000 (depending on experience)

. Standard working hours, with flexibility during peak project periods
