What You'll Do:
As a Project Executive (ACMV), you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ACMV projects from planning through commissioning. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Lead and supervise teams of supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure the smooth execution of ACMV projects.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned ACMV projects, including procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project progress and effective communication.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources efficiently to optimise project performance.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays and ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee project logistics, scheduling, and deployment of manpower and tools.
- Develop and mentor team members by promoting discipline, workplace safety, continuous learning, and skills development.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, best practices, and advancements in ACMV/HVAC technologies.
Who We Are Looking For:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV project execution, including ductwork installation, site supervision, and coordination of ACMV/HVAC projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, including installation methods, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Relevant construction-related certifications (e.g. Workplace Safety and Health, M&E) will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit or other BIM-related software will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while adapting to changing project requirements.
