Global Project Execution Manager (Solutions)

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee Project Management and Engineering functions in the APAC region within the business line Sales and Solutions, covering all ELDS product lines deliveries. Special focus to be put on integrated solutions projects executed across all target segments, covering the engineering scope of tendering, quality, and the PM scope of project execution and availability of skilled and certified PMs in the countries. Ensure assigned engineering and PM activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability and scheduling targets. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business Division based in either Singapore or Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: . Accountable for the consistent, on time, to quality execution of the projects delivered by Sales and Solutions business line in the APAC Region . Experience on dealing with customer discussing about issues and way forward . Ensuring development of performance targets in line with global, regional and local targets and their achievement through regular oversight, defining required actions for improvement. . Serving as a point of escalation for individual and systemic engineering/ and project execution issues within the organization and coordination / implementation of corrective actions. . Oversees competency and capacity planning process in the engineering and project management teams. . Identifying opportunities for improvement and oversees improvement activities and share best practices and operational experiences. . Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction (i.e. other business lines, Solutions development team, solutions centers, segment leaders/account managers). . Ensuring processes are in place to capture specific functional requirements from the Units. . Supporting Global Solutions Centers and global business line Sales and Solutions strategy with defining specific requirements for processes and tools.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• You have a proven experience in Project Management and/or in running large projects
• Should be able to run sizeable projects across different industries and should have the knowledge of Portfolio Management.
• Should have worked in array of Projects with oversight of junior PMs.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Highly motivated, results oriented, able to learn quickly
• Constructively questions and challenges assumptions
• Attention to details and organized
• Ability to build and maintain work relationships and networks for collaboration
