THE JOB:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing security & communications-related system projects on third-party products and systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the Project team in project planning, coordinate, implement, and manage security & communications-related systems projects;
- Preparation of engineering design and documentation, and follow up on quotations for additional works;
- Preparation of and final submission of project documentation & conduct user training;
- Review contract scope, requirements, and all costing to ensure designed systems meet the customer's requirements;
- Coordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time;
- Supervise and monitor the progress of works on site
- Ensuring smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time, and quality standards;
- Responsible for project closure, project audit findings, if any, and follow-ups
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent;
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry;
- Knowledge in project management is preferred.
- Strong customer focus, team player, independent, and result-oriented;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
- Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and work in cross-functional teams.
