Project Engineers - BMS / ELV - Entry / Junior / Senior X 10 Vacancies

MNC - Building Automation System / BMS industry at Woodlands and due to business expansion and new upcoming projects, they are hiring for 10-15 full-time Project Engineers

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage and execute BMS and ELV system projects from design stage through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Technical Coordination

• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for technical clarifications.

• Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.

Installation & Commissioning

• Supervise installation of BMS and ELV systems such as:

  • Building Management System (BMS)

  • CCTV

  • Access Control

  • Public Address (PA)

  • Structured Cabling

  • Fire Alarm Interface

  • Intercom Systems

• Support system testing, commissioning, and integration.

Project Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including:

  • As-built drawings

  • Operation & Maintenance manuals

  • Testing and commissioning reports

  • Progress reports

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and project issues.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure installation complies with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

• Follow company safety procedures and site safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in engineering studies.

• With or without working experience.

• Entry-level candidates who are interested in project management are also welcome to apply.
