. To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
. Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
. Lead a team of supervisors for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
. Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
. Preparation of progress report, Method Statements and technical submissions
. Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
. Plan on daily project activities and monitor progress to ensure the activities meet project specifications, project schedule and complies with regulations
. Undertake design and construction issues concerning all works, provide engineering inputs, resolving technical problems and ensuring quality of projects
. Co-ordinate with Procurement on delivery items and schedule
. Ensure all project documentations (method of statement, work progress reports, daily reports, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted in a timely manner
. Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
